This cross-sectional study surveyed 108 Swedish Civic Orientation (CO) course leaders to assess organizational readiness to respond to GBV among newly arrived refugees. While most had received GBV training (78%) and rated their service's understanding as good (81%), fewer felt they had enough time (54%) or clear guidelines to act (27%). Open-ended responses highlighted needs for tailored materials, more training, stronger collaboration with support services, and dedicated time.
